Our Asset Management allows you to maintain accurate physical inventories to track mobile assets by constantly monitoring who

Top down view of Assets
After being recorded, the system will show a tree view of the locations (there is no limit of the parent/child location in the system); for example a assets location may be shown as it relates to building, floor, room, cabinet, shelf and bin. Pinpointing its exact location to be able to find the asset whever it may be located thoughout a facility.

Notifications
While tracking an asset the system will not only tell the location of the asset but also keep up with the need for calibration or maintenance, at which time an email can be sent to the approiate party for conducting the calibration or maintenance.

Check Out
When am item is checked out of its home location, a date for the item to be checked back in is set. After setting the date that to item is due back in, the system will automatically track the status and notify the appropriate parties. This feature works very easily with a scanner to quickly build list of barcoded product to be checked out or back in.
