The Data that is automatically downloaded into a Mobile Terminal, and as the questions that need to be answered, change from venue to venue, depending on the type of venue (i.e. Bar vs Restaurant vs Convinient or Grocery).

There is no longer anyone trying to read weak handwritten notes, the data is simply quickly and easily recorded by the simple selection of a button on the screen during the inspection process

Provides Daily Updates on Information

At the end of each day, Inspections are uploaded to the base system, any new questions or any changes in the inspection system are then downloaded into the terminal at the end of the upload process.

Provides Violation Reports with Confirming Signatures

As a Venue is inspected, any violations that may be found during the inspection process are validated by a signature by the manager, and both reports of the violation and the managers signature confirming that the inspection has taken place, are uploaded to the inspectors home location.

Mobile and Wireless Printing

As the inspection process is done, printing is available using a mobile printer that is wirelessly connected. A receipt is available for printing prior to leaving the premise.

Central Reporting

As inspectors finish their various inspections, the information is then transported to the central office, were it is made available to the various managers via a web interface.

Central Configuration

As the needs for the inspection changes, the reporting process is modified at the central location, and various updates and then downloaded at the next download of inspection reports.

Wireless or Cellular transfer

Information can be synchronized by several methods; wireless or cellular transfer via the wireless or cellular modems built into the equipment, or by making a manual connection via a terminal cradle.

Image and Signature capture

Data captured by the system not only includes keyed and barcode scanned data, but also Signature capture and image capture through various methods.

Supports multiple question types and configuration

As the question are built for the inspector to complete the inspection process, any number of question types may be used - written answers, dropdown boxes or radio buttons that can be selected.
